The most efficient way to place an order is through our online store When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. An online account will allow you to review previous orders.

Please make sure the order form is completely filled out before faxing or mailing since incomplete forms will cause a delay. Fax only one copy of your order as duplicate faxes may result in duplicate charges and shipments. When faxing, use high resolution and clear bold print. We do not confirm receipt of faxed orders. Since it can be difficult and time consuming to make adjustments to orders once they have been submitted, we kindly request that all orders be considered complete at the time of submitting your order. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. Please make sure sufficient funds are available while your order is being processed so there are no delays in shipping your order. Your credit card information is secure and is not available to anyone outside our office. Checks that are returned due to insufficient funds will be charged a $10.00 service fee.

We are happy to offer a 25% discount to regular pioneers and a 50% discount to those in special full-time service. When submitting your order, please select the form of full-time service that applies to you. This discount is intended for only those who qualify. It is not to be used for those paying for an order who do not qualify on behalf of someone who does qualify. This discount does not apply to auxiliary pioneers.

Before returning an item, please contact us for return authorization. We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or you have ordered an item in error and it is in new, resale-able condition, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please contact us and a member of our office staff will be happy to assist you. Items received defective will be replaced promptly. Please examine your order when it is received and contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order to arrange for a replacement.

Deluxe Magazine and Tract Holders, Study Portfolios, Return Visit Binders and Deluxe Book Covers that may become damaged through normal use within six months of receipt of the order, will be replaced. Items left in extreme hot or cold temperatures or that have been extremely abused are not eligible for replacement. Damaged items will need to be returned to Madzay Color Graphics, Inc. at the customer’s expense. Clear-vinyl products will be replaced if found defective within 30 days of receipt of the order.

If we have made a mistake and have not shipped the correct item(s), please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order and we will correct the error promptly.

Prices on our web site are in U.S. dollars. Please take into consideration the exchange rate of the country in which you live when placing your order. Your credit will be charged in U.S. dollars.
