FAX OR MAIL ORDERS
Please make sure the order form is completely filled out before faxing or mailing since incomplete forms will cause a delay. Fax only one copy of your order as duplicate faxes may result in duplicate charges and shipments. When faxing, use high resolution and clear bold print. We do not confirm receipt of faxed orders. If you need a confirmation, please contact us by telephone immediately after the fax has been sent. Our fax number is (330) 273-8204.
We are sorry, but we are unable to accept telephone orders as this would significantly increase our processing time. It is our goal to provide the fastest service possible. The most efficient way to place an order is through our online store.
ADDING TO ORDERS
Since it can be difficult and time consuming to make adjustments to orders once they have been submitted, we kindly request that all orders be considered complete at the time of submitting your order. Unless there is a special situation, we are not able to put your order ahead of those who have placed their order before you. Please contact us if you feel you have special circumstances.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. Please make sure sufficient funds are available while your order is being processed so there are no delays in shipping your order. Your credit card information is secure and is not available to anyone outside our office. Checks that are returned due to insufficient funds will be charged a $10.00 service fee.
Before returning an item, please contact us for return instructions. We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or have ordered an item in error and it is in new, resalable condition, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Items received defective will be replaced promptly. Please examine your order when it is received and contact us within 30 days to arrange for a replacement.
An inherent quality of vinyl is that it is affected by extended exposure to extreme temperatures—both hot and cold. Extreme Cold: If vinyl products are very cold when your order is delivered or are left in a very cold automobile for an extended period, please allow the items to warm to room temperature before using. Extreme Heat: Vinyl products should not be left in direct sunlight or in a hot automobile for an extended period. When exposed to extreme heat, vinyl products become soft and may warp and wrinkle. Allowing the item to cool to room temperature may bring it back to its normal state but this is not always the case. We do not guarantee vinyl products that have been affected by extreme heat unless they are damaged during shipment.
Clear Vinyl Product Warranty: Products damage through normal use within 30 days of receipt will be replaced at no charge. Damage due to extended exposure to extreme temperatures or other forms of unusual trauma is not covered by this warranty.
Service Bag and Deluxe Organizer Warranty: Products damage through normal use within 6 months of receipt will be replaced with the same item. If the item or color is no longer available, we will replace it with an item of comparable value. Damage due to exposure to extreme temperatures or other forms of unusual trauma is not covered by this warranty. After the First Six Months: Due to normal wear-and-tear that will occur, we cannot provide an unlimited warranty. However, we want you to continue to be satisfied with the item. If after the initial six months you feel any damage that has occurred is due to a defect and not normal wear-and-tear, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our very best to address and satisfy any concerns you may have.
ITEMS SHIPPED IN ERROR
If we shipped the wrong item(s), please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order and we will promptly correct the error.
