FREE SHIPPING FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $125
Free shipping is offered on orders over $125 (after discounts) that are shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders with free shipping will be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground to a physical address. We are very sorry, but due to high cost of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we are unable to offer free shipping to these states.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Our normal shipping schedule is 1-2 weeks. During the months of September-January, our shipping schedule is 2-4 weeks due to the large volume of orders received during these months. Orders that include items with the forthcoming yeartext or weekly Bible reading or otherwise backordered will be held until the items are available sometime in late October to middle of November.
FAQ: Why is the shipping schedule during the months of September-January so long?
We begin receiving preorders for annual items such as calendars and bookmarks in September. However, the yeartext and Bible reading schedules are not released until the beginning of October. Once this information is available, we can go into production. This results in approximately a four week shipping delay. We work hard to ship as many orders as possible each day during this busy time and we appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers. In general, orders are shipped out in the same order they were received.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Orders being shipped within the contiguous United States using the Standard Shipping method will be shipped by either USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). A flat shipping rate is charged based on the order total. Expedited shipping methods such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3rd Day will be shipped the next business day if all items are in stock at the time the order is submitted. Shipping charges are calculated based on actual rates from the UPS website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping charges are calculated based on actual rates from the USPS website. The shipping charge does not include import fees or taxes that may be required by your country once you have received your order.
We are sorry, but we no longer ship orders to the United Kingdom. This is due to the recent requirement to collect Value-Added-Tax (VAT) and the cost and complexities associated with it. If you have an acquaintance in the United States to whom your order can be shipped, please provide their address.
