Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with a product or ordered a product by mistake, you may return it within 30 days. As long as we receive the item in new, resellable condition, a full refund for the returned merchandise (less the shipping charge on the original order) will be credited to your original form of payment.

Despite our best efforts, something may be sent in error, or is found to be defective. If this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will promptly correct the issue.

We are happy to provide a 6 month warranty on all of our bags and deluxe organizers for any defects that may occur during normal use. Please contact us for instructions to receive a comparable replacement.
