Can I change or add to my order after it is submitted?

Although it can be difficult to make a change to an order once it has been received, if a change or an addition needs to be made, and the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to accommodate the request if a credit card is used for payment.  Please contact us by telephone at 1-800-311-8295.  It would be helpful to have your order number ready when you call.
