• By ordering online, we receive your order immediately and your order will be processed faster because there are no calculation errors. Shipping details are e-mailed to you when your order ships, and you can review your previous orders placed through our online store.

• Before faxing or mailing your order, please make sure that it is filled out completely. Incomplete order forms will delay shipment. Please fax only one copy of your order. Faxing a duplicate order will likely result in a duplicate shipment and a duplicate charge to your credit card. When faxing use high resolution and clear bold print. We do not confirm receipt of faxed orders. If you need to confirm our receipt of your faxed order, please contact us immediately after faxing.

• If using an old order form when placing your order, please adjust the prices to reflect current pricing and shipping charges. Please check our current catalog or our web site for current pricing.

• We are sorry, but we are unable to accept telephone orders. Our goal is to provide the fastest, most efficient service possible to our customers. If we were to accept telephone orders, the time it would take to process orders in our office would greatly increase. The most efficient way to place an order is through our online store.

• Since it is very difficult for us to add to or make changes to your order, please make sure that your order is complete at the time of submtting your order.

• Unless there is a special situation that needs to be considered, we are not able to put your order ahead of those who have placed their order before you. Please contact us if you feel you have special circumstances.

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, check and money orders.

• Credit cards are charged when the order is ready for shipment. If paying with a VISA or Mastercard debit card, please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account so that the transaction will not decline. Declined orders will be held for payment.

• Your credit card information is secure and is not available to anyone outside our office.

• Your credit card will be charged the actual amount of your order including any dues or credits from previous orders.

• Check or money orders should be made payable to Madzay Color Graphics, Inc. and must be in U.S. dollars.

• Orders paid for by personal check that are returned to us NSF (insufficient funds), will be charged a $10.00 service fee.

• If you are personally paying for your order, have taken the vow of poverty and are currently serving as a Special Pioneer, Missionary, Circuit or District Overseer, Bethelite or Assembly Hall Mgr., we offer a 50% discount off the sub-total of the order. When creating an online account, under the section "50% Discount," please select the type of full-time service in which you are serving.

• This discount is intended for those listed above, ordering items for their personal use and not in behalf of others not qualified for the discount.

• This discount does not apply to publishers or regular pioneers ordering in your behalf.

• This discount does not apply to Regular Pioneers.

RETURNS

• Before returning an item, please contact us at (800) 311-8295 or e-mail us at mail@madzay.com for return authorization.

• We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or you have ordered an item in error and it is in new, resaleable condition, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please contact us and a member of our office staff will be happy to assist you.

• Items received defective will be replaced promptly. Please examine your order when it is received and contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order to arrange for a replacement.

VINYL PRODUCTS

• Deluxe Magazine and Tract Holders, Study Portfolios and Return Visit Binders that become damaged through normal use within 6 months of receipt of the order, will be replaced. Items left in extreme hot or cold temperatures or that have been extremely abused are not eligible for replacement. Damaged items will need to be returned to Madzay Color Graphics, Inc. at the customer's expense. 

• Clear-vinyl products will be replaced if found defective within 30 days of receipt of the order.

• If we shipped the wrong item(s), please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order and we will correct the error promptly.

• All customer information is held solely by Madzay Color Graphics, Inc. and is not shared with anyone or any other company.
